About Us

At Dr. Gina Barros' office, we make you feel at home. Our staff is warm and friendly and we welcome you with a smile when you walk in the door. Our two office administrators, Victoria and Donna, will help you sign in and get prepared for your visit by getting your files and paperwork in order and schedule any future appointments for you.

To help you become familiar with our office, we have provided some information about our staff below.

Dr. Gina Barros

dr. gina barrosDr. Barros graduated from Life Chiropractic College in 1988 where she received a scholarship for academic and clinical excellence.  For 15 years she practiced in Atlanta, GA and has been serving the Landrum area residents since 2006.  

Dr. Barros studied for two years with Dr. Larry Webster the “father of pediatric chiropractic”.  Her postgraduate studies include extremity adjusting, radiology, neurofeedback and cold laser application.  She continually exceeds the requirements for postgraduate education in an effort to provide the best care for her patients.


Our Therapists

lisa clark massage therapistLisa Clark, LMBT has been a professional massage therapist for over 24 years. Lisa began massaging her parents and friends as a young child. In 1988, Lisa graduated from the Atlanta School of massage with certification in massage therapy.

Lisa has worked in many environments as a body worker, including yoga studios, salon/spas and a multi therapist mind/body treatment center. Lisa gained great experience and knowledge relieving people of pain and in injury rehabilitation working with a chiropractor for 17 years.

Lisa's work combines neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, Reiki, Shiatsu and a blend of other modalities to deliver a healing, therapeutic massage. Whether your discomfort comes from stress, overuse or injury, your massage session will be catered to your needs and healing will begin.


mary marin massage therapistMary Marin, LMBT has been in healthcare for over 20 years as a nurse, working in geriatrics and in family practice settings. She graduated from The Whole You School of Massage in 2004 and has since studied multiple massage and energy modalities. Her interests in health and wellness run deep and she receives a profound joy and peace from assisting others to wellness.

dori licensed massage therapyDori Ray is a nationally certified massage therapist. She is licensed in North and South Carolina. She has provided healing touch to the communuty of the foothills of the Carolinas for most of the past 10 years.

After completing her Bachelors in English from UNC Charlotte, she studied massage therapy at the Center for Massage and Natural Healing in Weaverville, NC. Dori's education includes Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Anatomy and Physiology and Spa Treatments. Her continuing education includes various classes in the healing arts, including Neuromuscular Therapy, Awakening the Spine and extensive training in Thai Yoga Massage and Bodywork.

Dori has an elective approach to massage that caters to the need of the client. During the past years, she has developed her own style of massage that is inspired by each client. Swedish Massage carries other styles such as Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Lomi Lomi, Neuromuscular Therapy, Thai Yoga and techniques to awaken the spine. Energetically, she depends on Spirit to move her and guide her to help each client awaken to Sound Health.
